Jacqueline Clarke has extensive experience with formulating, coordinating and executing projects. As a Director with InterVISTAS Consulting, she was responsible for managing projects ranging in value from $50,000 to over $1 million and ranging in length from 4 weeks to three years. While in this role she was responsible for the delivery of project work and client relationship management for one of the organization’s largest clients, including the development of an Excel-based economic model, extensive stakeholder engagement in three states and research development. In 2002, she secured funding for and coordinated an €80,000 European Union-funded project to establish a regional Caribbean Marine Trades Association – hiring and managing two consultants, organizing and hosting a regional workshop and producing the final document and financial statements. Ms. Clarke holds a Master of Business Administration and a Certificate in Project Management.
